This exciting project is set in the beautiful mountains overlooking lake Luzern and is centred around the medicinal herbs in the Alps. Thus we developed the theme “healthy by Nature” which informs the entire project.

The rooms have a light colour palette, with watercolours done by Matteo Thun illustrating the herbs present in the surrounding fields and mountains. Some of the fixed furniture (eg the herbal tea trolley in all rooms) were specifically designed to fit into the general theme. The amenities reinforce this idea with references to the curative properties of the herbs, specially designed vases, plants in the restaurants, and watercolours of the different herbs.
